Since joining the firm in 2022, Mr. Patel has played an integral role in capital raising efforts for a diverse range of fund managers in private markets. He is primarily responsible for developing and executing placement strategies, aligning fund offerings with investor interests across the GCC. Leveraging his deep market insight and relationship-building capabilities, Mr. Patel has cultivated a strong network of institutional and private investors in the region.
Mr. Patel has over 9 years of fund and wealth management experience, gained through consulting, investor relations and advisory roles, during which he has facilitated capital raising for several private equity, real asset and hedge fund managers. Prior to joining Greenstone, Mr. Patel was a Wealth Consultant, responsible for providing financial advice to HNW expatriates based in the UAE. Prior to this, Mr. Patel was an Investor Relations Manager for Mygale, a London-based hedge fund manager.
Mr. Patel began his career at Murano Connect, a fund management consultancy firm, where he established relationships with institutional investors and family offices globally. Mr. Patel also trained and consulted capital introduction teams of investment banks and fund managers on their investor relations and business development activities.
Mr. Patel holds Bachelor of Science in Financial Mathematics from Brunel University and a Master of Science in Financial Mathematics from the University of Sussex.
