Greenstone Equity Partners Financial Products Promotion L.L.C is licensed and regulated by the Securities & Commodities Authority under Category Five (Arranging and Advising) with authorisation to act as a Promoter of Financial Products and Foreign Securities (License Number 703050) and Category Two (Dealing in Investment) with the authorisation for Managing Investments of Investment Funds (License Number 20200000180).

Greenstone Saudi Arabia (Single Shareholder) Mixed Closed Joint Stock Company is licensed and regulated by the Capital Market Authority of Saudi Arabia, under License No. 18190 – 30 to perform Managing Investments and Operating Funds, Arranging and Advising services in Saudi Arabia.

Greenstone operates in Oman under a partnership with Ubhar Capital SAOC, which is licensed and regulated by the Financial Services Authority of Oman, with registration number CMI002, to carry out the activity of Marketing of non-Omani Securities.

Greenstone QFC LLC is licensed by the Qatar Financial Centre to conduct Management and Business Consulting services, including reviewing data and assisting in the preparation of initial public offering documents and private placement documents and advising clients on how to fund their business. Greenstone QFC LLC is currently in the process of obtaining its license to conduct advisory and arranging activities with the Qatar Financial Centre Regulatory Authority. Services are currently provided through a partnership agreement with Alpen Capital, which holds such licenses.

Greenstone operates in Kuwait under a partnership with Tharwa Investment Company, which is licensed and regulated by the Capital Market Authority of Kuwait, with registration number AP/2015/0023, to carry out the activity of Collective Investment Scheme Manager.
