Our Team

Mr. Barghouthi brings a research-driven approach to support Greenstone’s assessment of fund strategies for capital formation success in the Gulf region, leveraging applied experience in investment screening, due diligence, and financial analysis.

Prior to joining Greenstone, Mr. Barghouthi worked at Gelner Capital, a Montreal-based family office, where he led the due diligence and screening process for potential investment opportunities focusing on environmental technologies.

Prior to this, he was the co-founder of Solaris Solutions, an Ottawa-based solar energy start-up. At Solaris, Mr. Barghouthi developed efficient ways to store power generated from solar panels by automating an energy-shifting system between lithium battery packs.

Mr. Barghouthi is a Canadian national and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Statistics from the University of Ottawa, Canada.
