Our Team

Mr. Kragbaek brings over a decade of global private markets experience, combining a background in cross-border business development and platform-building with deep expertise in scaling private capital ecosystems and connecting fund managers with institutional investors and growth opportunities.

Prior to joining Greenstone, Mr. Kragbaek was the Co-CEO of Private Equity Insights, the world’s largest community of private equity professionals and connector of GPs, LPs, prospective portfolio companies, and industry service providers worldwide. During his tenure, Mr. Kragbaek led business development, product and service management, and effective cross-border growth initiatives for the firm from its London headquarters.

Prior to this, Mr. Kragbaek was at Nova Founders Capital, a London-based venture capital firm and business incubator, and Founder and Managing Director of SetSales, a sales media and networking company that he successfully launched, developed and led growth to become Northern Europe’s leading community of sales professionals before moving into an advisory capacity for the company.

Mr. Kragbaek began his career as an active-duty member of the Royal Danish Army, where he served honorably and gained international experience through his involvement in multinational operations across North America, Europe, and North Africa.

Mr. Kragbaek is a Danish national and holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Global Business Engineering from Aalborg University, Denmark, and a certificate of Executive Education in Strategic Innovation from Oxford Saïd, UK.
