Ms. Ramchandani is a travel specialist with more than 12 years of experience in the corporate travel industry. Prior to joining Greenstone, Ms. Ramchandani was a Manager of Operations at Spotnana, where she led the quality control team, trained new customer service agents, and assisted with the implementation and testing of travel programs.

Prior to this Ms. Ramchandani was a Travel Operations Team Lead at W Travel, where she managed travel arrangements for C-suite executives globally.

Ms. Ramchandani has a Diploma in International Air Travel Association from IITC Mumbai, India.
