Mr. Evans brings over 25 years of global leadership experience, having successfully led business operations across four continents for early-stage and high-growth companies based in New York, Silicon Valley, and Dubai. His expertise spans business development, product strategy, capital markets, and organizational growth, with a proven track record of building scalable platforms and driving commercial expansion across diverse sectors and geographies.

As Chief Business Development Officer at Greenstone, he leads the firm’s partnerships with leading global fund managers to expand their access to Gulf region capital, and oversees all business development and commercial structuring activities across the platform.

Between 2000 and 2018, Mr. Evans held executive roles at several high-growth and venture-backed companies across FinTech, lending, and enterprise technology. He was Chief Product Officer at FileRight, a San Francisco-based platform, where he led global product and commercial functions during a period of accelerated growth and business line expansion. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Product at Capsilon, a venture-backed FinTech firm later acquired by Francisco Partners, where he led global operations and helped commercialize patented technology that led to a private equity exit to Francisco Partners. He also served as Senior Vice President of Lending at Montgomery Mortgage Capital, managing a $1.4 billion annual lending portfolio. Earlier, he held leadership roles at MortgageIT, The New York Mortgage Company, and founded MortgEdge, a B2B FinTech platform for online loan acquisition management.

Mr. Evans began his private sector career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, supporting enterprise software and digital transformation projects for Fortune 500 clients, including Delta Air Lines and Harris Corporation.

Mr. Evans is an American national, served honorably in the U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Air Force, and attended the prestigious U.S. Air Force Academy before receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering at The Pennsylvania State University.

Mr. Evans has previously passed the U.S. NASD’s Series 7 – General Securities Representative Exam, Series 55 – Equity Trader Examination, Series 63 – Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam, and Mr. Evans holds a U.S. Patent (#CA2745712C) for his work at the FinTech company Capsilon Corporation.
