Prior to joining Greenstone, Mr. Elamkulat gained experience in the real estate investment sector, working as a Property Consultant at Green Desert Real Estate, a boutique real estate firm, where he developed skills in investment advisory, client portfolio management, and financial analysis, allowing him to assist investors in identifying high-value real estate opportunities. He also honed his skills in market research, risk assessment, and investor engagement.

Mr. Elamkulat holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Finance with Distinction from Heriot-Watt University, Dubai, UAE and is also a CFA Level 2 candidate.
