Our Team

Mr. Faydali brings over a decade of private markets experience, combining a background in M&A and capital markets with deep expertise in evaluating alternative investment strategies and positioning funds for successful capital raises across the Gulf region.

Prior to joining Greenstone, Mr. Faydali worked at ÜNLÜ & Co, Turkey’s leading provider of investment advisory and asset management services, where he focused on sell-side transactions. Mr. Faydali's team was responsible for originating and closing numerous high-profile M&A and IPO transactions, including four of the largest transactions in Turkey.

Prior to this, Mr. Faydali was an M&A Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he consulted on a wide range of client M&A projects across industries. Mr. Faydali began his career as a Research Analyst at National Bank of Greece.

Mr. Faydali is a Turkish national and holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in International Economics, Management, and Finance from Bocconi University, Italy.
