Our Team

Ms. Villa brings well-rounded expertise in evaluating fund strategies and assessing their capital formation potential across the Gulf region, shaped by deep experience supporting institutional investors and private equity clients.

Prior to joining Greenstone, Ms. Villa was at AlphaSights, where she served as a primary liaison to large-cap European private equity clients facilitating subject-matter expertise across sectors and markets to support M&A and investment diligence processes.

Earlier in her career, she worked as a Strategy Consultant at La Petite Alice, where she developed and executed go-to-market strategies and supported business development initiatives, building a strong foundation in commercial analysis and stakeholder engagement.

Ms. Villa is an Italian national and holds a Double Degree Master with Honors at Copenhagen Business School, Denmark, and a Masters in Management and Economics of Cultural Organizations, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management at Bocconi University, Italy.
