Our Team

Ms. Roberts has extensive expertise in organizational processes and cross-functional team leadership, supported by a strong background in documentation management, configuration control, project management, and customer service.

Prior to joining Greenstone, Ms. Roberts worked as a Configuration and Data Management Practitioner at Raytheon UK, where she supported complex engineering programs, ensuring accurate traceability of changes and compliance with configuration management procedures. Prior to this, Ms. Roberts served as a Document Controller and Configuration Engineer at Eaton Aerospace Ltd, where she developed and maintained CM processes, managed customer submittals, and supported engineering projects.

Ms. Roberts also has significant experience in community management, including serving as the Community Manager for the 30x30 Dubai Fitness Challenge, where she led a team and ensured the smooth operation of the event. Ms. Roberts began her career in business support and sales, where she excelled in customer service, team coordination, and process management.
